Ringside is designed to show recovery, comparison, and workout context from services you choose to connect. We only request the access needed to power the app experience.
Information Ringside Uses
When you connect Oura, Ringside may access recovery, sleep, activity, readiness, heart-rate, ring-configuration, and ring-battery data made available by Oura's API. When you grant Apple Health permissions, Ringside may read heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, steps, and workout information needed to compare Oura with Apple Health values, detect active workout sessions, and display live context.
How Information Is Stored
Oura account tokens are stored securely in the iOS Keychain. Ringside may cache recent recovery, device-status, comparison, and workout summary values locally so the app and widgets can display current information. Ringside does not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Ringside does not share your health or recovery data with advertisers. Data may be sent to Oura or Apple only as necessary for authentication, permissions, or platform functionality you initiate.
Your Choices
You can disconnect Oura in the app and revoke Health permissions in iOS Settings at any time. You can also delete the app to remove local cached app data from your device.
